NMS R&D-oriented company, develops innovative natural plant extract solutions of antioxidant and antimicrobial formulations improving food quality.
Operating its own well-equipped laboratory for tests and new applications, NMS specializes
in detecting and tracking oxidation processes in food systems and in developing methods for analyzing oxidation. NMS was established in Israel in 2016 by Dr. Rina Reznik and Yuval Levy.
